bad customer service

Johannes from Total Hansa Auto services should learn customer service. it's really unacceptable to treat customers with disrespect. This man deliberately ignored the fact that I got there first and he served the other person who got there after, even still after informing him that I got there first, he still continued to be rude. it's such behavior that cause customers to move away and pour petrol to other stations
