Bad customer service

Took in my car for a full wash. After half a wash the ladies decide to tell me they can't wash my childs throw up. When I request a refund for the inside wash I cannot get that as I'd prefer to take my car to another dealer to wash. Never in my many years of having kids have I heard of this.
