Bad customer service

On the 25th of December 2018 at Petroport N3 Heidelberg, I encountered a very disgusting bad very poor customer service from your petrol attendant by the name of Teboho who was very rude to me in front of my wife and two kids. He belittled me in front of my wife made it a point that his supervisor hear that he is telling me to get off. Went inside requested the Mananger Isak ********** 521. Your employee Teboho has know idea about treating customers fairly because he literally said” hence I enjoy serving whites” that statement clearly says to me that Total gave all his employees a mandate that whites are superior than black also tells me that TCF as an act in the financial sector Total doesn’t practice that ACT. So your employee Teboho maybe was reacting that way because he was told that blacks should get the lowest form of customer service. I’m so disappointed in your brand as TOTAL the service I got there was very appalling.Your petrol attendant spoiled My Christmas ? day in the highest level and come to think of it I use Total all the time now I to rethink as per what I’ll be using for all my vehicles.Kindly teach all your staff about Act TCF( treating customers fairly), The Finacial Service Board did not implement that ACT just for No use and if your staff doesn’t practice what’s needs to be done in all the daily basic that means TOTAL N3 needs training.I have a question for your staff Tebeho, “ how would he feel if his mother was treated the way he treated me in front of my wife and two kids”
