Bad attitude, low standards!

I wanted to make a purchase from their shop only to be told that it was closed. This was at 3pm. I then went to the service hatch to ask for the owners telephone number. The woman I asked simply got annoyed, waved her hand at me and turned her back to me.

What kind of training do these staff get?

It is no wonder our country is on its knees with service and standards like this.

Total should become a government department...their standards are low enough to qualify!
