Bad attitude

I stopped to fill up at Total Bloemgate in Bloemfontein today, waited extremely long to be serviced, and then realised that the attendant (Michael Machubu - not sure about the spelling of the surname) was casually speaking to a woman in a vehicle who arrived a long time after myself. I went to confront the attendant who told me to speak to the manager as he was busy at the moment.

I brought the matter under the attention of the manager who apologized but did not reprimand the attendant.

This was unacceptable behavior!! Very bad attitude!!

I will never fill up at this service station again!
