Attendant and manger were rude to us the customer

While filling up at Petroport Heidelberg East station, we were ruedly spoken to by the attendant. We were waiting for the attendant that filled our tank to go and swipe the garage card and then we were told in an abrupt way to move, we said that we were waiting for the garage card and we couldnt go to the parking due to that fact that we had a trialer on,, the adendant didnt care and told us in an angry and outspoken tone that we had to move. When we didnt he start speaking in zulu and shouting. We then went to speak to the manager would sided with the attendant and said we were wrong. Waht happend to common sense, if we could we would have moved but we couldnt just leave our card or park anayway.
