Attack and bad attitude

2nd report<br> On Friday December 5th 2014, my husband and I pulled in at Total Filling Station at Braamfontein, We were running a bit late and I had to meet up with a colleague to catch a lift to work. My husband works in Auckland park so he was in no hurry, so he parked the car at one of the allocated parking spots, we both got out of the car and he came around to my side of to help me carry a heavy package to my colleagues car which was parked 3 metres from where we were parked. As he took about 2 steps to my colleagues direction, this (black) guy comes out from nowhere and starts screaming at my husband saying he cant park there otherwise he will clamp his car, my husband tries to calmly explain to this guy that he just want to help me get to the other car, he is coming back to fill up in any case. This guy causes a scene screaming still. He says we are not allowed to park there, my question is that did he treat my husband like that because he is black? why where the other car parked there with no drivers in? I am so disappointed to see people who are *********** being put in power.<br> <br> To date I've received no phone call, just an email to say matter is closed...i wanna know how
