Assault and property damage by Tatal garage employee

A Total garage cashier in Brackenfell Cape Town assaulted me and damaged my brand new cell phone while she was on duty wearing her work uniform because her colleague asked her to come and serve us but she shouted and kept swearing at her in front of us and other customers. I intervened and asked her to stop swearing and do her job. She then threw my money on my face and told me to **** off. I took my phone out and started recording what she was doing but she ran off to a staff room. The colleague she was swearing at decided to serve us and I left the shop immediately. She followed me home, as I entered my complex she came onto me and tried to grab my phone wanting to break it because she saw I took a video of the incident in the shop. I sincerely asked her to leave me alone that is when she attacked me scratching my face I could feel she was trying to reach for my eyes. I then took off my jacket trying to cover my face but she grabbed the jacket and smashed my phone on the ground.

She again came onto me and demanded that I hit her but I told her she was not worth it she should just leave me alone. Her remark before leaving was "I did what I came here to do *****, I will moer(beat) you any time when I want".

I opened a case of assault and damage of property against her and she opened a case against me for recording the incident in the shop. I went to the shop to report to her managers everything that had occurred but I could see they defended her by saying she was sick when she could not serve us and the assault did not occur in the shop so there is nothing they can do. I wrote to Total customer service but there is still no response or way forward about this matter.
