APPALLING SERVICE

<p> The petrol attendants at this garage are just terrible. Their attitudes are disgusting. Just this morning I stopped there, and the attendant walks away while I'm in the middle of requesting what I needed. He just fills the petrol and comes to collect payment. I ask him to please check the water and and clean my windscreen. He arrogantly sees my bank card and says "You must go inside to pay", yet I can SEE ALL the other attendants using machines to swipe customer cards. So I had to get my daughter out of the car seat and go inside to pay. I asked them at the till if there are not any card machines outside they say that there is!!!!</p> <p>I get back to the car, he hasn't wiped my windscreen and he just walks away.</p> <p>And this... is the type of experience I have at this garage constantly. I stopped by just the other day to pump up my tyre which has a slow puncture, the attendant (a different man),was so arrogant and looked so bothered at my request to please pump up my tyre.</p> <p>This type of customer service is unacceptable and appalling. </p>
