Appalling service

I visited total sanel service station earlier to fill up then when attendant asked to check my tyres I said yes. Biggest mistake of my life. After driving about 12km a lady shouts at me to say my tyre is flat. I then drove to nearest garage (bp greenstone) and they checked tyre for me and filled it. They couldn't see anything obviously wrong with tyre. I then called sanel SS to speak to manager (Martin) and he was very defensive telling me I left their garage with full tyres and attendant has 30yrs experience. This after I made him aware I was about to get to freeway with a flat tyre pregnant as i was. After driving about 35km to get home my tyre is still fine. All I expected was an apology from sanel SS but all I got were excuses. I don't know if this is how total deals with issues. Maybe I was suppose to be in accident with my unborn baby before martin gave an apology. To think I have been supporting total all along and not using other garages. I'm so ****ed right now that a life or lives in my case means nothing to total
