Abused situation
Hi as a regular customer of the Total Fuel station at Richwood Western Cape, I fueled my vehicle on Sunday the 12th of July 2015 at 18:40 with R50. My bank card did not work inside. I told the pump manager by name George ( indian guy) that ill leave my watch (worth R1500) AND my Gerber multitool (worth R1000) as security that ill bring the R50 later the evening. He gave me 20min. I drove to nearby atm and my card were blocked because they swiped card too much at garage. I returned to garage and told George he could hold on to my items until the next morning when ill bring the R50 after I visited the bank as it were a sunday evening. He refused and said he also has a family to feed and that it is not his problem. He took my items worth R2500 for R50 worth of fuel??? *********! This i am sure is caught on the surveilance camera of fuel station where he took my items as security. If this matter is not sorted within three days after this message, ill go to the media with this as this is not how a client should be abused and treated. It were a honest mistake which i wanted to correct within the next day, he however seen the opportunity to take my items. Unacceptable!
