i would like to register my displeasure at the level of service i received from a petrol attendant from Sasol braamfontein Crn Betha and De Korte Street.

i was insulted yesterday by one called Oupa who sweared to me and said 'Msunu kanyoko'.. i had left my phone at the garage due to my card declining two weeks back and everytime went there the guy who assisted me called Lungelo was constantly not available and got same excuse that i have to come when he is around. finally met him yesterday and he told me he sold my phone to recoup the R200, im fine with that since he showed humanity and explained that his salary was docked.

my gripe is the Oupa character who verbally abused and certain words cant be written here. i dont think total allows for its customers to be verbally abused for mere fact that card declined, would really appreciate it with appropriate action is taken against Oupa.. my number is *** and further information will be provided
