Total energy kwamhlanga cross roads lack of customer service.

firstly I would like to suggest that total kwamhlanga crossroads gets name tags for staff. I had a bad service at this garrage several times Taxi drivers get first preference at this filling station. I go there and waited in a que as on car in front of me. Isae another car coming in from the opposite direction, I waited for the petrol attendant (Light skinned lady)she assisted the car that I was behind there after I went to her to explain what happened she said to me I'm an adult I must sort it out. after that I spoke to the guy a small taxi Cab driver he said he is there he will pour petroleum and I wont do anything. The lady came back poured petrol for him and then he left. I asked her is there a manager on duty? she shouted let me give you his number Arrogantly so, this quickly showed me that the manager and the staff are probably friend and she knows that she wont be disciplined. I said to her I think the problem is the lack of emotional intelligence which you need in the service industry. I wasn't shouting she just went away leaving me there. the problem here is that the Taxi drivers can take a tag from the attendants and pour petroleum on their own. I definitely don't expect such a service especially if I am going to pay my hard earned cash. One morning K go there to pour Petrol no one is there hoot hoot no one comes out tjat was around 3h30am (I assumed that total energies works 24hrs)Management needs to train their staff at kwamhlanga Cross roads total the service that I get time and again is a disgrace.
