There’s many occasions when I request an emergency ride,the agent takes forever to return my call. Many times I found myself ordering an Uber personally and paying from my own pocket.
Recently there has been an improvement for the last 2 rides however the previous occasions has left a bad taste in my mouth,and one ride still hasn’t been refunded
