TRA gap cover.

Why must you first contact someone else before you are noticed but every month the deduction goes through no problem. Contacted TRA early in last year with help of a back support and was told that they do not support that type of appliance, ok so I wanted to know where and how do I plug in a back brace, let me know when you have found out please because I didn't know that a brace comes with an electrical cord.
