TRA Exceptional Service
As a proud Member of TRA, could not let this opportunity go by without commending TRAs exceptional service. I have had personal dealings with Nombulelo Mtshali and Warren Gates following my Husbands unfortunate hospitalization, yet through these trying times TRA lessened my stress with a customer centric approach and empathy.
The service offerings by TRA are phenomenal, not to mention the seamless and timeous claims process with open and ongoing communication!!!
