Never use TRA!!!! It is the worst company I've ever delt with. They are full of excuses when they have to pay out a claim. They send you a notification that your claim has been successfully accepted and they will pay out with the next run but they never pay out!!! Now they come with a lot of excuses not to pay out..We are all going to leave TRA/AUTO AND GENERAL, you NEVER going to get something out!!! I have all the proof and is going to the Ombudsman. NEVER USE THEM!!!!
