PREMIUM INCREASE NOT COMMUNICATED
I have taken gap cover at the middle of last year. Now I see (not even 1 year into my contract) that me premium increased without receiving notification about the premium being increased.
If this is the way things are going in the beginning then Im stressing about ever having to claim.

Our products are reviewed annually and adjusted in January of each year and that is why you may have had an increase within a year of joining.
We will immediately conduct an investigation into the manner in which you were communicated with. We will be in touch during office hours next week.
