Poor service and ridiculous 10 month waiting period

The claims process is highly frustrating and unnecessarily strenuous. Prospective members take note of the ridiculous 10 month waiting period associated to an extremely wide range of very vague health issues (e.g. "moving without pain") resulting in claim rejections. Consultants request and misplace the same information over and over again resulting in countless emails back and forth.
