Pathetic services

<p>I am pregnant, giving birth tomorrow. TRA is just adding to my stress cause they dont respond to emails I've sent weeks ago. I always have to phone after them, and then they dont even anwer my questions. Everry monthI pay on time but now I have to run after them. They really have no respect for their customers. As soon as I'm discahrge from hospital, i will cancel my policy cause they have done nothing for me during this past three years other than giving me poor services on the only occasion i actually required something from them.</p>
