Not angry just Disappointed

Disappointed, after signing up all I received was an SMS with a membership number, nothing else. I emailed to request for official documentation and I only received this 4 days or so later after I had cancelled my policy. I don't understand why it takes so long or why documentation is not sent as soon the registration process is completed. in any case this made me nervous as I felt they would be just as slow or non responsive when i really need them which in itself is a TOTAL RISK. I was really excited having joined them from what I read online but the lack of communication is extremely disappointing responding only after I've cancelled.
