This was a first for me and I was obviously very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Nombulelo Mtshali assisted me on Friday to setup my TRA assist on my phone and explaining the whole process to me. She was very patient, friendly and professional.

• I received prompt phone calls and SMS’ from the Call Centre updating me on the progress of my request for an uber ride. • Both drivers were very friendly and only spoke when spoken to. • Both vehicles were very tidy and clean.

I shall definitely make use of this service in the future.
