impossible to cancel policy
Trying to cancel my policy with TRA and they do not respond to me.
I called them, and was asked to email the cancellation request. Email has been sent twice now and they do not respond.
very quick to take your money, but impossible to get out of the contract. Either help me over the phone, or respond to my email!
