I have had a problem with my medical aid WhatsApp chat

I have had a problem with my medical aid WhatsApp chat. I, after 3 hours of chat, eventualy got a copy of the medical aid statement. Bestmed approved my admittentance, I cannot make sence how to obtain an authorisation letter as every step taken in the hospital was approved by the medical aid. The person on TRA side assisted me best he could, but for me at the age of 84 has not got the will and ability to get the necessary documents after nearly 15 years of bringing my side and then get the feeling of being dishounest.
