I have had a major problem in activating my claim

I have had a major problem in activating my claim. To start off, I am going for 85 years of age, and *not* computer literate. I *can not* converse with a machine. I aventualy contacted got through to Me Celeste van Rooyen. The 5 Star Expirience Rating,4 I submitted, is for the service she rented. This is only my second clame submitted in something like 15 years. Please incorporate a service to accommodate the eldery. Regards
