I had a shortfall on a hospital bill and it was a difficult time for financially to settle this amount that was outstanding. Th acount was referedto TRA and it was taken care of ASAP. Thank you for the excellent service delivery and now i dont have to worry about a hospital bill that i was not able to pay.
