Horrible Service from TRA - Total Risk Administrators.

To everyone considering signing up with Total Risk, think again please. They tell you that they cover everything if you medical aid pays, up to 700% - dont be fooled. They DONT!!!

They go around with stories about how emergencies wont be covered for any sudden illnesses. So they will only cover your emergencies if you had an accident but NOT if you fall ill and need to be rushed to the Emergency room, although your medical aid pays their portion - TRA does not. Although your paperwork from the ER is in order, stating it was an emergency - they STILL wont cover!! Be careful!

I had amazing service from Naomi and Anita in their complaints department and she really tried her best, but it seems to the people higher up - they did not give a damn about me and what I have been through!

I know nothing will come of this complaint but I had to warn people out there about this company and how they feel your emergency was not a big of enough issue for them to cover you.

Oh and before you think I am a new client - this is the second time in about 3 years that I claimed for them.
