Great service received by the TRA WhatsApp line

Great service received by the TRA WhatsApp line. I struggled to get through to TRA Assist and Gift had it sorted within minutes, even though it's a different department. I've also only received great service with claims and logical feedback if a claim wasn't covered - which was fair, for instance specialist visits that were not in-hospital. All in-hospital claims have always been paid timeously. I recommend TRA & Bestmed to anyone.
