Great Homedrive / Taxi Service experience!!

Yesterday I had to make urgent arrangements to get a lift home. I was able to use the Home Drive service on the TRA Assist mobile app. The call centre arranged an Uber driver within 10 minutes of the request. A clean, maintained vehicle had me home within 35 minutes which was well within schedule. The Uber driver was friendly, competent and s****ful. I also received multiple SMS updates from TRA Assist throughout the process.

All in all a fantastic experience and the best thing of all: IT'S FREE!! That's right - TRA policyholders are entitled to 6 free Home Drive / Taxi Service trips per policy per annum. Awesome value indeed!!
