Gap cover staff advise incorrect info- TRA management failures
Total Risk Gap cover staff advise incorrect policy information and when one has canceled one's policy based on the incorrect information provided then TRA management pulls up their shoulders. They do not have the management knowledge or skills to know that they are responsible for the actions of their staff members and don't make any attempt try to make it right afterwards.
If this is the way they run their business then I can only imagine how their claims process is handled.
