Exxcellent service from Total Risk Administrators

I have had a medical gap cover administered by Total Risk Administrators for nearly six years now and have only ever received excellent, efficient and friendly service from Linda and her colleagues. My claims have been dealt with timeously and I have never had to follow up payments due to me. I have a hospital cover with a medical aid company and at first, I was hesitant about taking out an extra insurance for gap cover, but I am very grateful that I did. This extra insurance has given me immense peace of mind. I am a single person in my mid-60s and do not wish to be a financial burden on my siblings should I need to be hospitalised for any reason whatsoever. Keep up the good work! Catherine
