CANCELATION OF POLICY

I joined last year and Cancelled my medical aid, so I had to Cancel my Risk cover with TRA also. Up until now, and it almost 2 months later no one has gotten back to me, they are still deducting monthly and my bank says they are unable to stop it from their side because it has to come from the debtor. How ridiculous! Which someone told me it was this hard to Cancel and not as easy as joining in 1 second.
