Venus Hill from claims is the most helpful person. I had a problem submitting a claim and she assisted to the best of her ability to help me. I must be honest, I find all the staff of TRA very helpful, from Marie at membership to Venus, Sanet, Zanidle, Anita to just name a few. Great job you guys!!! LOVE your TRA
