Bad client service
I have been with Total Risk administrator for like 6 months but i dont like how they avoid our emails,now i just cancelled my policy last month already but no corresponce from them as to when am i going to get my premiums back

26 Sept 2022, 11:34Good Day. We received your cancellation request on the 10th of August and your cancellation certificate was emailed to you on the same day. As per your policy document, we require a 31-day notice and contributions are not refundable as you were covered. Cancellation is per calendar month and is always effective from the end of the notice month. Kind regards TRA Management

Good Day. We received your cancellation request on the 10th of August and your cancellation certificate was emailed to you on the same day. As per your policy document, we require a 31-day notice and contributions are not refundable as you were covered. After our internal investigation, and the subsequent telephone call on 4th October between yourself and Naomi Buchner from our office, we finalise this query as follows: We acknowledge that our response time to your email was below the standard that we have set ourselves. Please accept our apologies in this regard. We have taken steps to minimise this going forward. - We also confirm that the refunding of premiums paid only relates to the situation whereby a policyholder cancels his policy within the first 31 days of membership, and not 6 months into membership.
