Total Risk Administrators are a pleasure to work with. Every time I have needed to claim from my gap cover, there has been no issues or hassles. I send an email with the doctors and medical aid statement and within a couple of days, the claim is paid. Thank you so much for always being so prompt, it is much appreciated.
