Our experience at Total Ninja was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we were asked whether we had grip socks, and we confirmed that we did(half grip and brand new). At no point were we clearly informed that only Total Ninja branded grip socks would be accepted. Had this been communicated upfront, we could have made an informed decision before paying and letting our kids get excited. Instead, after our children had already started playing, staff removed them from the equipment rather than first discussing the issue with us as parents. This caused completely unnecessary stress and embarrassment, especially for the kids. We were then effectively forced into buying their branded socks because the alternative was accepting a refund, disappointing our children, and leaving after they had already started their visit. While they were willing to refund us, that's hardly a reasonable solution once the kids are already inside and excited to play. The whole situation showed a real lack of empathy and customer care. A simple conversation before our children entered the play area could have avoided all of this. I cannot recommend Total Ninja based on this experience, and I would strongly advise others to make absolutely sure they understand the grip sock policy before visiting.

Did a online booking. Got the gear I paid for online. I coild not understand why when I was doing the opsticals my one sock kept on coming off. Only when my 1hr session was finished and I took the socks off I realized they gave me 2 different sizes. When I approached them about it they did not seem to interested and ask if I had worn the socks that I paid for. Now i am sitting with 2 odd sizes. Obviously yes I did and they just refused to do anything about it. I will not go back there In a hurry again. There locker devices was also not charged so I had to keep on asking to plug in the charger for me to gain access to my locker.
