Terrible service

They took advantage of me in an emergency situation. Firstly, they arrived to collect my car, which needed a new set of keys in order to start, in a drunken state and expected me to let them drive my car. Then, they advised that they would inform me by 1pm the next day what the situation was but never quoted me and only phoned me again 2 days later to inform me that they job was done and what the price was. They charged doubled what the agents charge to create and code a key, but they did not even give me the opportunity to tell them what i wanted and ended up creating an almost useless key as a result and leaving me with a bill to pay when i would have declined them doing the job had they given me a quote beforehand as they were supposed to. They then proceeded to try and ****** more money from me once i told them the key was incorrect. They have very poor customer service and overcharge extensively without prior approval and consent. I would never recommend their services to anyone even if they were the only locksmiths available.
