PHATHETIC SERVICE FROM PINETOWN LOCKSMITHS AND TOTAL SIGNS

I walked into pinetown locksmiths(ASHLEY) on the 14/10/2020. And had an pathetic experience with and tall Indian guy form Pinetown Locksmiths.... I asked him to give me a quote on 3 jobs that’s I needed to take of urgently.... 1- I needed my barrel changed 2- I needed the latched changed 3- I needed my switched replaced

Now according to the Indian male(employee), he said that I needed to pay for the first 2 jobs before before he can give me a price on the 3rd job, I then rep**** to a lady at the desk, please ask him if I pay for the first 2 jobs and he cannot find the switch for the 3rd job, how will he help me, he threw his hand and the lady and said “he(Mathew) must go buy it at the agent”. Drove all the way from my house to be treated by someone who has no morals in life, someone to does don’t deserve to serve customers, because he doesn’t understand the true value of a customer. This individual needs to be dealt with urgently, you cannot speak to customers in that manner....

Rude Disrespectful Attitude Impatience

Just before my incident this is what I saw and heard - I witnessed an Indian male(employee) tell a elderly Indian male(customer), that I don’t run a charity shop here, if you don’t want to pay for the battery.I’ll give you back your old battery...

That’s elderly man is probably older than his father...

I WILL NEVER ATTEND TO PINETOWN LOCKSMITHS IN PINETOWN, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW ABOUT PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAD..
