Violation of rights

I've never been humiliated, angry and scared like that in my life.. Total energies roslyn next to Nissan violated my right... When there to pour patrol normally I pour at sasol(the best in the market). When I got there, firstly I waited for about 5min b getting assisted,as I'm waiting I realised I stopped on the wrong side of the petrol cap, a guy who ddnt even have a name badge on. As he approached I told him so nice and politely, even called him "malome" apologising for stopping on the wrong side.. Then the attitude started, telling me the pipe won't cross my car.. Told him I've done it before even with other garages.. Then he asked how much petrol, I said R400 then said Askies I meant R300 loud and clear.. He the went on to pour R400.. I ddnt realised as I was talking to my friend who was in the car as well,when he was done come to my window, as I turn I c he poured R400, asked him again so nice to confirm how much dd I say.. He started screaming, shout pointing fingers at me calling me names.. Trying to explain went out of my car only to c a car behind me, when back in, start my car to give the next car space so we dnt waste their time. As I start my car he pulled my car keys from the ignition twice.. Tried telling him Im not running away, I was to park elsewhere.. I asked for the manager, I was told by the second rude guy named Samuel(Atleast he had his name tag) the arguments went to a point that no one wanted to hear my side of the story, they spoke to someone on the phone(assumed it the owner) n them they refused me to talk to him, I asked for his numbers they said no.. He doesn't like to be bothered by client, instead they called security for me.. waited for about 10-20 min waiting for solution.. Nothing happened. I left.. This happened around 18h05..Total need to teach their ppl service, how to deal with customers and service recoveries.. The least he could have done is apologize for not hearing me properly n avoid this whole mess.. Issue is not the money but the disrespect, undermining coz I'm a young black woman.. I may be young but I'm not naive...
