Useless app /website and card

Could suddenly not access the app. with password ive been using forever. Tried millions times unsuccessfully to reset the pin, if they're sending it it's not to me. Not email or SMS. Uninstalled the app and tried to register again and it tells me my number has already been used. Then garage assistant linked me to WhatsApp. I have R71 and tried to generate my own amount, a R40 voucher - and the answer "Sorry you don't qualify for a voucher" WT... ! simple adding and subtracting Payment24 !!! maybe you should try it first before you try flogging it to customers. They must voetsek, not using it again and WON'T recommend it to anyone
