Unnecessarily BAD service from Moses Gumede - Total Garage Umhlanga

Hi, I am someone that uses the Total Garage Umhlanga TWICE EVERY week to fill up. It is convinient for me as it is enroute to work. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness from a petrol attendant before. I've always received good service, however today I was unfortunate to be served by Moses Gumede who obviously came to work with having woken up in a not so good mood. This attendant refill my fuel and goes to fetch a speedpoint as that is how I was gonna pay because I told him I'll tap with my phone (which is what I do EVERYTIME I go there). He comes back and stands next to my car without saying anything with his back facing me. So I look at him and wait thinking maybe he is waiting for network on the speed point. After about 3 minutes (while he still has his back on my face) I ask "what are we waiting for?" he then responds that he is waiting for me to pay. So I tell him but I'm waiting for him who's facing away from me to finish with what he was doing, which I assumed was waiting for network. He then says I should have told him I want to pay, however I had told him already I will be tapping with my phone so when he came back I had my phone ready but I was obviously waiting for him to turn to me with that speed point. This man started to get agitated when I said he should have shown me that he was ready with the speed point by either saying so, or looking my way instead of giving me his back, so I can tap my phone. He told me I should have called out for him and asked to pay 😳😳. Fine then I say "please come closer with the speed point so I can pay" turned out that the speed point wasn't working coz he told me to go pay inside as the speed point was not working. Meaning I wasted a good 10 minutes of my time with this man, that I could have used to proceed to work, over a speed point he knew was not working but did not tell me. He then tells me to go pay inside and not come to him with my problems and in vulgar said "ungangijwayeli kabi mina ungilethela izinkinga zakho" meaning "don't take me lightly and bring your problems to me" I am appalled by this because at this time he is even inviting an audience from other customers who were outside buying from the garage store going on about being disrespected by a customer so early in the morning, with comments like "black people are the worst ones, they think they are better and they act like non black people" . Inviting other comments from his audience to which I ignored because I was not going to have a shouting competition with him. I would like to stress that, that was completely unacceptable and I want it addressed and feedback provided to me.
