Unhappy Customer- Total Waverley Filling station

On 24/04/2024 @ 19:54, I was driving a white bus reg no. HDF 008 L and stopped to put R1500 diesel + 2 engine oil (QuarDies4*4) for R72 each at Total Waverley filling station. The petrol attendant: ( SMabula) did not close the engine oil cap. I drove to Limpopo and on the way, the car started malfunctioning only to find that the oil cap was missing and the oil was empty. I communicated with them on several occasions and the owners Johan Bother and Piet Mathye verified that they saw my car on the camera and that I should send them the quote which the overall amount including labor amounted to R11150.00. They promised to take accountability with the petrol attendant but it has been over 3 weeks now. I would call the landline for feedback and I had to drive to their garage with my diesel to follow up and they kept on saying they were still looking into the matter. I use my bus to deliver people from one province to another and my business is affected badly. I need help!
