Unfair business practice

Yesterday I stopped for petrol at Douglasdale total Energenies ,to my surprise the petrol amount was 10, cents over the amount I requested ,the petrol attendant didn’t use the keypad on petrol pump to punch in the exact amount I requested when I asked him why? He said the Raven the manager or franchise owner gave them an order not to ever use the keypad on the pump they should use the old manual way where they just open the petrol cap of the car and control the flow manually. I Wanted to use my card but I changed my mind and used cash instead and told him that I don’t have the xtra 10 cents . He looked so dejected, I then asked him why? He only said “you are not the only customer complaining about this.”Can total Energies investigate this particular filling station?, I think this is ********* and improper conduct .how many customers are forced to pay those xtra cents for petrol? When they use their cards? You’re not even sure if its xtra petrol or air going into your tank and how are also sure tat their petrol is diluted with other chemicals 😥?
