***UAL HARASSMENT just few days away from Women’s Month.

Today at Total energies Alzu, as i walked towards my car from the shops, the petrol attendants harrassed me by shouting inappropriate ***ual remarks and when i confronted them they claimed that they were just greeting me. Very inappropriate and i definitely felt harassed and uncomfortable as a woman with a bunch of guys treating me like that, each making whatever comment they wanted to, out loud. The shift on duty had Elfas, Simon, and others (some did not have name tags, some i forgot the names). I asked one of them if i could speak to their manager and he claimed that the manager was not on duty today and referred me to his colleague who he claims is his supervisor but he is just like him in his disrespectful remarks. Can Total possibly address this to all the shifts during training, because there is no way that is right. It was not the first time that i get disrespected at that garage by the petrol attendants. It has happened several times. They just shout whatever they feel like saying. No respect for women whatsoever. I am not sure what they get taught about gender equal respect to people during their training. The entitlement to make a comment to a stranger that is just passing by!!
