Total reward program is ridiculous!!!

Total reward program is ridiculous and a sham!! They block or disable your rewards uhprofile / account without any notice. And then you can't get or use your points at all!! What's the point of rewarding people at your filling stations but you block accounts left right and center!!?? I'm disappointed in Total rewards program!
