WARNING: AVOID TOTAL GARAGE IN POTCHEFSTROOM!

I'm compelled to share my appalling experience at Total Garage in Potchefstroom. The owner's attitude is atrocious, and the petrol attendants seem to have been trained to be as rude as possible.

On 10/10/2025, I visited the garage to refuel, and what should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating ordeal. The attendants were dismissive and unhelpful, and when I politely asked for assistance, they responded with attitude. When I escalated my concerns to the owner, I was met with hostility and defensiveness.

The lack of customer service and respect is staggering. It's clear that the owner prioritizes profits over people, and the staff reflect this attitude. I've never encountered such rudeness at a petrol station before.

Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt, AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS! Take your business (and your fuel needs) elsewhere. There are far better-run stations in Potchefstroom that actually care about their customers.

*10/10/2025:* I'd appreciate an opportunity to resolve this issue, but given the response from the owner, I'm not holding my breath.
