The attitude of the staff and managers. A car must wait for the petrol attendance to finish with what ever talks they are having and then only when they are done they will attend to you, complaining to the store manager is a fruitless exercise.

Total is a very big business I don't think they need my R1(one rand). If you see me going to that Total (midway) please impound my vehicle.
