Total Filling station

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience at Total Panaroma West filling station (located after Pumlani Plaza on the N1). Despite a quiet day at the garage, I waited approximately 20 minutes for assistance. The petrol attendants seemed unbothered, roaming around and chatting in groups.

A white customer who arrived 17 minutes after me was promptly assisted within three minutes.

Total, I urge you to address this issue and encourage your staff to provide equitable service to all customers.
