Total Energy S.A. Poor Service Delivery

Shocking catastrophic service and equipment failures , attributed only to gross negligence of Total Energies, South Africa, resulting in closure of forecourt and site for protracted periods , from 2016 to 2023, at Total Nambiti service station situated at 33/35 Lyell Street, Ladysmith. The grossly negligent failure by Total Energies to adequately , timeously and promptly maintain essential equipment , such as tanks, dispensing equipment and airlines , has resulted in almost total loss of customers and goodwill at the site , causing the owner of the service station substantial financial loss and harm. Total Energies South Africa simply refuses to negotiate a reasonable and fair compensation .

Does it make any commercial sense for a dealer to promote the Total Energies brand ? ? ?
