Total Energies Tokai - A waste of Space

The last 8 visits to Total Energies Tokai have resulted in me leaving empty handed because they never have stock of what I need. For example no, Bread, milk, ice (Always run out); You Magazine (they simply don't stock this one); draw cash (either the machine is not working OR, the last time I tried 3 weeks ago it had been completely removed) and today, no gas - my final straw. I have spoken to the manager each time and he could not be less interested. He grins at me and offers no explanation or assurances of rectification and until now, I have continued to give them a chance but no more. If I can't go to my "convenience" station for items like bread, milk, ice, gas, cash or a magazine, it really isn't a convenience at all. I am hoping you will use this feedback to make some meaningful changes at this particular (non) service station. Thanks
